I installed a couple rivets left out to help me hold the doors in place while I was working on the doors because they will be covered by the fairing fiberglass. Next, the wind screen and fuselage was sanded with 80 grit paper. The fuselage was then acid etched, rinsed and alodined and rinsed. I put my filter on my air hose and blew the fuselage dry. To make sure, I let it sit for four hours in 80° air. I then mixed up a batch of fiberglass, micro spheres and black coloring. I filled the gap under the window with this mixture and will sand it when cured.
