I made a template copy of my glare-screen to send to Abby so she can stitch together my glare-screen cover. It shows the relationships of the center post, aft side of glare-screen, the avionics fans and hand holds.
I decided to cut the widest two layers of my fairing using a template. The other layers will be as per the dimensions listed in the book. The width of the two widest will be the same, but will better fit the curvature of the windscreen. As I prep for the layup, I installed the doors to give me an idea of the side tolerances I have to work with.
