I removed the prime paint around each fastener and alodined to protect it. I alodined the ground angle and battery hold down angle I manufactured. After applying some dielectric grease to the mating surfaces, I bolted it together. I then installed the ground angle after applying more dielectric grease. I installed the battery and wired the battery to the ground along with the #2 wire coming from the panel. After installing the hold down support, I installed the Garmin autopilot servo motor.
