Riveted the air seal fabric to the baffles. I installed the slick plug wire three hole grommet on both sides. When I placed the plug wires, it just did not look right (longest wire should be in the top hole) so I changes the order. Each grommet was held in place with two AN509-10R10 which is a phillips head screw. Because two of the four screws failed on the phillips head, I replaced them with AN3-5A bolts. The bolts are the same length and have a shoulder to carry the grommet like the AN509-10R10 screws.
