I added another foam block to the block installed yesterday and matched the hole to the air box. It was lined with three layers of BID fiberglass, laid at 45° to easily conform to the hole. Once the fiberglass and epoxy resin was in place I used a balloon to hold it in place until the the epoxy cures. Tomorrow the cone will be cut to the proper length.
