Installed the lower cowling several times to make sure all so far was lined up properly. I then added the rubber fabric seal to the air box inlet side. I temporally fastened them with clecoes and installed the box on the throttle valve and checked alignment. Once I was satisfied, I tried to remove the cowling straight down (as if the propellor was already installed. I then made three cuts in the seal so they could bend allowing the cowling to drop straight down. It appears to be good, but I won't know until the propellor is installed. If it is too tight, I can remove a little more of the inlet.
