With the Pliobond 25 cured on the air inlet ramps, I drilled, chamfered and attached them with SS screws. I had to go back and add nut plates to the aft upper cowling screws because the inlet was shortened to make room for the air seal fabric. This worked out well because I was able to tie the nut plates into the clamping strip that holds the fabric in place, making it all more secure. All was installed for a test fit. Fit great. I still am waiting on the Grainger SS 6-32 threaded rods for the lower baffles. Next step is to disassemble, paint and add rivet the air seal fabric in place.
