Started adjusting the baffles for height. Plans call for 1/4" to 1/2" gap....so I am planning 3/8". I started by putting paper clips all around the top as other builders have and that was pretty time consuming especially given you are only working on one area. So I removed all the baffle pieces except the two rear sub assemblies. This allowed me to focus on one area, and see the rear by looking through the air inlet holes without obstruction. By the end of the day I have the two rear two sub assemblies set for height and de-burred ready for the rubber seal. I will do the sides next. I am getting good at removing the cowl.
