Brief Description: SB 14-08-29 "RV-10 ENGINE MOUNT
Vans released SB 14-08-29 "RV-10 ENGINE MOUNT ELASTOMER PLATE CRACKING". I ordered my WD-1001K-MOD plate and installed it today. I primed and painted it and set it in place using high temp (red) RTV. There was minor interference in three of the corners from the welding, so I removed the interference from the plate and re primed and re painted the plate. After it cured, I put RTV red on with a tile trowel to get a consistent coat. Once installed with weight, the extra that oozed out on the sides was wiped clean.
