Today I finished up the front leg fairing. Now all lower gear fairings are manufactured and I plan to start with the fiberglass fairing finish work. This was my second attempt at installing the front leg fairing. I ordered a replacement fiberglass piece and hinge because when I manufactured the original one I somehow introduced a 3/4" twist along the length which would give me problems later in flight. The second leg fairing ended up perfect and installed great.
