Baffling is right. Took me forever to locate "exactly" where to drill the hole where the prop governor cable passes through the air ramp. I started with a cardboard prototype and then with some scrap aluminum. I just did not want to have to order a replacement piece. In the end...the hole is precisely where I wanted it. I laid out and manufactured the cable securing bracket (that attached under the air ramp) and hooked up the prop cable cycling it many times. No binding, no rubbing or interference of any kind. Once satisfied I marked the location of the vent hole and used the drill press fly cutter to scribe the hole.
