Working on the front air ramps. Installed the cowling, adjusted both inlet ramps three times to get it close to where I want it. Working on the right ramp, I trimmed the front side baffle a little more for clearance and added the piece that bridges the middle of the engine (very rough fit). Looking at the left side I knew it was going to be more confusing because I have to work around the prop governor. I made a paper template and split it in the center with the idea of seeing if two large pieces could be used to close in the governor and join the two with a bracket, a few rivets and a nut plate so it can be disassembled later. The paper template looks like it will work.
