Today I wanted to do a little more work on the left inlet air ramp so it will clear the prop governor. I took apart the mold I made yesterday and it radius looked great. After trimming and sanding the molded fiberglass, I reinstalled it in the inlet air ramp and taped it on the front side. On the backside, I laid BID fiberglass forming a good radius and then clamped it back into position. This will bond the pieces together. Next I will fasten both air ramps into the upper cowling. While that was curing, I finished cutting lower cowling to fit. It fits great, and I maintained a 1/8" gap between the forward edge and the spinner.
