The front wheel was pretty straight forward in assembly. I greased up front spindle and tightened the main nut to achieve 26lbs break out force as measured through the axle hole. I measured with a 50 pound max digital fish scale. After pinning and greasing, I rechecked it and it ended up at 28.5 pounds. Well within spec. Next I installed the MATCO wheel and axle after first greasing the bearings with Aeroshell 22 as recommended by the manufacturer. The 4 elastomers where somewhat of a challenge. To get them installed I used two 6" C clamps on each side of the front fork and slowly put a load on the elastomers until my bolt would fit.
