Brief Description: Spinner final assembly and clearance check
Today I reassembled the spinner forward and aft plate and installed the spinner with screws making sure all the screws lined up ok. Then Kris and I articulated the propeller blades checking to make sure we had good clearance at the hub through all blade angles. All was good. Then I removed the spinner and backplate and painted the backplate with two coats of black epoxy propellor paint. It will be installed one more time on the propeller and then set aside until the engine is hung. The propellor has to be installed to fit up the upper cowling.
