Continued work on the spinner. Made a drill guide for the 14 spinner black plate holes, positioned a nut-plate in each hole and drilled/countersunk the nut-plate rivet holes. Using the template from yesterday, I made two spinner cover plates and two securing doublers. Had time to get all the nut plate positions drilled and chamfered and ready to assemble. I also alumipreped and alodined the aluminum parts so I can prime tomorrow. The spinner is turning out to be a pretty good challenge. I do want to check for clearance one more time.
