Still doing little assemblies waiting for my paint to arrive. In the mean time there are three steel bushings that are housed in tubes in the front gear. One in WD1016 Nose Gear Link Assembly (which aligns/holds 4 Elastomers) and two others on the Nose Gear Leg Assembly. These bushings are designed to easily slide inside the tubes and be fastened in place. No way did they "slide" into place. I spent the morning polishing both the inside of the housing tubes and the bushings until all the paint, burrs and other obstructions were gone and the bushings slid as per design. Getting that done, I assembled the two stops and the grease fitting into the Nose Fork Assembly. Not a very productive day at all.
