Brief Description: Spinner back initial manufacture
While I still wait for my interior paint, I started work on the propeller spinner back plate and doubler. While it was pretty straight forward, it was not the easiest parts to manufacture. I got the parts made and added copies of my Hartzell manual to the build book so I would have the Hartzell assembly procedures and torque recommendations readily available when I start the assembly process. Next I plan to scuff/alumiprep/alodine and prime the parts. The spinner backplate has to be final painted prior to assembly. It has to match the plane, so will be gloss white.
