Today I removed the right door and installed the hinge cover plates I made. Then I removed all the door hardware and covered the voids with tape and filled them with modeling clay. I then covered the entire interior of the door with blue plastic shipping tape. Once it was all covered, I covered the tape with two layers of BID fiberglass. Once cured, I will trim this panel to fit right up to the Master Carr door seal. Later, this interior panel will be covered with material and attached to the door.
