I sanded/shaped the horizontal cabin above the door where I added cabosil the day before to make a flat place for the door seal to be installed. While the cabosil set up great it is much more difficult to sand because it is structural filler. I then sanded (to rough up) the forward/aft vertical door channels and wet them with epoxy. Once wet, I added cabosil to fill the sides out like I did on the upper horizontal section. Tomorrow I plan to sand the two vertical posts and fit the seals.
