I countersunk the Plane Around mid door latch holes and then cleaned up the inside of the door where the latch sits so there will be no interference with the door rods. I then cut holes at the door latch mechanism so the geared bars can travel. I spent the rest of the day attaching the forward door rod end piece. This time I filled the cavity with modeling clay to see what the finished part should look like. While it helped, i wish I could have fed the info into a CNC and just machined the part. Once installed the gear rack traveled real smooth,with no binding.
