I sanded the cabin door where epoxy was added to fill the voids and hung it on the left side. The forward hinge landing was quite a mess from the original manufacturing/build up process and took some time to flatten it out. Once done the hinges went on just fine and the door was hung. I then made some shims to level the doors with the cabin top. Vans instructions indicated shims would have to be made and provided some shim material. As installed they were (RF 060 +.040) (RA .060 + .040) (LF .060) (LA .060). There is no binding and the doors sit square. I will prep and prime the hinges and shims before final assembly.
