This afternoon I finished bolting in the hinges and taped the right cabin door in place. I match drilled a hole through each hinge and installed a bolt. Then I match drilled the other two outside holes and installed bolts in them. After removing the securing tape, I propped open the door and match drilled the other four holes. All bolts were removed and countersunk. The bolts were reinstalled. This door is now ready for hardware. I plan to do the other door tomorrow.
