I removed the forward/aft index tabs and finished the rough fit of the right cabin door. With a little time left today, I mixed up some straight epoxy and epoxy/cab-o-sil mix to fill any voids I found between the outer and inner door skin. Some of the voids were about 1/8 inch wide...so I used straight epoxy and a 23 gage needle to fill them. There were two other voids that were wide enough to fill with a 1/16 inch surgical hose attached to the syringe using the epoxy/cab-o-sil mix. The will cure over the week end. My plan is to get them sanded and start on the hinges on Monday.
