Brief Description: Cabin door fit up

Shaped, trimmed, sanded, fit, trimmed, sanded, fit, trimmed, sanded, fit, trimmed, sanded, fit a whole bunch of times today... Not done yet. I think the initial rough fit is 1/2 way done. Like the other side, I have a couple 1/2 inch gaps between the outer and inner door skin that need to be filled with a cab-o-sil/epoxy mix. I ordered some 23 gage needles and a few 10 cc syringes from Grainger to inject the mix into the gaps. Over all, I was very pleased how the edges turned out. More sanding tomorrow.
