After the strut doubler epoxy cured, I cleaned out the holes with a #30 drill bit and filled the holes with LP4 blind rivets. I then made the strut bracket that will be used to locate the lower strut bracket. This bracket has to be used because the strut is gas filled and does not compress easily. Since the weather was still too cold to fiberglass the doors together, I spent the rest of the day researching the McMaster door seal I plan to use. Looks like I have lots of work ahead of me.
