Too dang cold to work on the fiberglass doors today, so I mounted my tubes and tires on my wheels. For the nose wheel, I upgraded to the MATCO WHLNW511.25 wheel.... the Michelin TU 500-5 air stop Tube with a TR-67 stem and the Michelin 500-5-6 ply Aviator tire. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but I used clamps to lesson the distance between wheel halves so I did not pinch the tube. The valve has a locating washer that is held in place by a nut. Once assembled, the nut rides in a slot which prevents the nut from coming loose. I inflated and deflated the tube three times to remove any wrinkles inside before inflating it to 40 psi.
