Today I made and fit the cowl attachment spacers and hinges. While it was pretty straight forward, the line drawing of F-1001Q-FWD R/L differed from page 41-7 to 41-8. Page48 indicated that the outboard end was trimmed at about a 45° angle...and the previous indicated a 90° end. I have asked Vans for clarification. Next step is to remove the pieces and dimple the spacers and chamfer the hinges.
