After the epoxy paint cured, I added nut plates and riveted the fuel valve brackets/plate into the tunnel. The top plate is removable giving access if needed to the valve mounted to the lower plate. Once the valve was installed, I checked the cover for fit one last time. It was dead center. Next I cut and flared some AT0-035-3/8 aluminum tubing as fuel lines to connect the fuel valve to the tunnel bulkhead fitting. Next I made the other two fuel lines that connect the other side of the tunnel bulkhead to the wing tanks. I set those aside until I move to the airport for final assembly. I started my initial research on the FT60 (red cube) fuel transducer installation.
