Removed the cover one last time for just a little more sanding. Reinstalled and fastened it to the door jam with two large C clamps per the directions. I then drilled the 25 holes in the top aft side clecoing as I went. I then removed all those clecos and vacuumed the joint and reinstalled all the clecoes. The remaining aft holes were drilled using the same technique. All was again removed, cleaned and reinstalled. The upper most side of both left/right side skins were then drilled and clecoed. When they were all installed, the clecoes were removed, vacuumed and reinstalled. Tomorrow I will continue with the cabin attachment.
