Assembled the flap crank and flap torque tube today. Vans has it set up pretty well. The same angle gage I used to set the aileron crank angle was used (in a different way) to set the crank and flap angle. The photo shoes the result. I did have all the components fastened to the bench with padded vice grips on the end of the assembly covering the outer two holes as per recommendations. This assembly has to be disassembled and primed on the inside. Next I started to manufacture the torque tube UHMW bushings which are used to secure, support and allow the tube to turn easily.
