With all the cargo bay components primed, this afternoon I assembled them. After bucking the outward skin rivets and adding the hinge, I added the soundEX insulation. The insulation was a nice snug fit. No glue was needed. After the insulation was cut and added, I riveted on the inboard panel to close it out. It really makes a nice door. Tomorrow I will install it. I had just enough time to final drill, dimple and rough fit the cargo bay hinge side support bracket. I will add the lock and gasket later.
