After finishing drilling holes in the rear bulkhead, I started to preassemble the cargo bay door. About half way through dimpling, my pneumatic squeezer blew an "O" ring. I called Bob at Avery tools and he walked me through how to check to see what is wrong. Yep, an "O" ring was shredded inside. Bob is sending me some replacement parts in the mean time he suggested that I take the spare "O" ring that I got with my pneumatic drill and use it. It works great and will keep me going until the new parts arrive. Sure does remind me why you do business with a quality Supplier. Can't say enough good about the support I received from Bob and his team over this past year. I did get all the door parts alumipreped, alodined and prime painted today..ready for more assembly tomorrow.
