Brief Description: Install step, prime paint floor panels
I alumipreped and alodined the cargo bay door jamb components and floor stiffeners. Then I prime painted the rear seat floor and cargo bay floor components. I wanted to install the step before the floor goes down to make sure it goes on without any problems. If I want, I can use the access hole I installed to remove it after the floor is installed. I installed two billet aluminum bushings when I installed each step so the securing bolt would not crush the step mount. Because of the bushing tight fit is the step mount, I used a couple of plastic strings so the I could retrieve the bushings from inside the mount if needed or they did not line up and I had to reset them. I plan to leave them there.
