I worked on my conduit runs today making all the lightening hole supports and drilling access holes in the side of the L/R rear seat deck. The conduit will be hidden in the wall when complete. Stein had some heavy duty rubber grommets that were perfect for the Vans 5/8" ID conduit? After scuffing and deburring, they are ready for alumiprep, alodine and paint. I also had time to cut all my SoundEX SX-1000 that will be used on the belly under the rear seats and cargo bay. I am very impressed with their product and customer support. I sourced aluminum tape that meets FAR 23.853 from Grainger to use to secure the insulation when needed. I still need to figure out my RG400 antenna coax wire runs before closing in the seat and cargo by deck.
