Brief Description: Cargo bay floor fit up

Today I started to work on the cargo bay. I completed the first fit of the floor under the rear seats as well as the cargo bay itself. Once it was fit in, I installed baggage door shim and baggage door seal frame. After fitting all the components, they were match/final drilled and then removed. The cargo bay has 12 stiffeners that had to be made and fit. When they were done, all parts were dimpled, chamfered and deburred. To double check my work, I reinstalled all the parts for a look see on the final fit. I am happy with the fit. Now all the parts can be scuffed, alumipreped, alodined and primed. Before installation, I have to install my electrical conduit, primary and secondary battery cables and the coax for COMM1 and COMM2 antennas. Once the floor is installed, I will not have access to the space under the floor or rear seats.
