Started the final assembly of the empennage to the mid section. I first connected the four sub structures to form the F-1006 bulkhead. Once assembled, I riveted it to the empennage ribs that support the battery tray. The two sections came together real well and were clecoed in place. I taped rivets in every other hole around the entire structure and also taped with painters tape the holes that are to be left open at this time. I riveted both vertical sides and both longerons were squeezed. The bottom is clecoed and taped every other hole and will have to wait until I have someone run the rivet gun while I buck on the top side.
