Brief Description: Prime fuselage skin, assemble upper forward fusela
I prime painted the skin underside this morning and let it cure. Once cured, I attached the skin to the upper forward fuselage substructure filling every hole with a cleco. I then removed the assembly as one component and Kris and I riveted it together. I then placed it back on the fuselage and made a few minor adjustments to make sure it fit perfectly. The only thing I had to finish up on is countersinking a few of the side channels where the skin attaches just a little deeper so the skin would lay flat. I did receive the glare screen fans, but have decided to install after I locate the window. This complete assembly will be removed and stored somewhere allowing me better access to the forward area where the flight controls will be installed.
