Started the upper forward fuselage assembly today. Couple challenges with the instructions bending some components 7°, but reading forward it all came together. I was glad once again that I had purchased a 12" #30 drill bit. Came in handy today to drill through the firewall and secure the main bracket. The down side of getting this done is knowing that there is a 99% chance that I will have to rework the main supports to make clearance for the radios and other gear. The good news, the front panel comes off giving great access to the sub avionics cabinet. Once I have my panel design complete, I will adjust the supports accordingly.
