Started the day with the forward assembly almost completely rough fit through 28-10. Once done, I dismantled it a piece at a time, deburring, scotch brighting and dimpling as I went. I ended the day with the whole thing taken apart and most all of the components ready to alumiprep and alodine. I still have the forward skin to dimple. Other then the challenges of burnished bolts (which were ridiculously tight by design) assembly was pretty straightforward.
