After making the COMM Antenna bases and fitting them up, installed them, drilled holes for the antenna, added nut plates and mounted the antennas to make sure they fit well. I will do a final attach of the plates when I install the bottom fuselage skin...cause one side uses the same holes. The other side I used an angle to fasten it to the rib. All worked just great. I then removed the antenna, boxed them up for storage for about 18 months.
