Brief Description:  Wing Fairing Rib Install

Took some time to install the reinforcing ribs into the trailing edge of the fairings. For a great fit, the fairings have to mirror the aileron so it has to be placed just right before riviting. That means lots of trial and error... but I finially got it placed just where I wanted in with tape, and then riveted it. Once it was riveted, I reinstalled the fairing one last time to make sure all looked good. I am happy with it. I removed the fairings and cut in the lens for the NAV/Position?Strobe lights. I upgraded to a lens cover from Cee Baileys due to their reputation of quality... One of the two lens covers was on the low end of their specification making it "feel" different then the other. While it was within their specification and was ok for safety and performance, they were willing to exchange it for one closer to mid spec... and it installed just fine. I spent the rest of the day removing the flaps and ailerons getting ready to move the wings to the bench so I can install the Duckworth 50W HID lights. I can't wait till I don't have to remove parts again....
