Spent the day prepairing to manufacture and install the right wing fairing. I started by reinstalling the aileron and ailerson push tube, making sure it was back to factory spec and retorqued the fasteners. Once torqued I marked them with torque seal. The flaps were reinstalled next. I clamped the two together as a starting point for the fairing. I spend quite a bit of time seeing how the fairing is secured because I know that it will take a lot of trimming before the final product is installed. I ended the day by marking the recessed protion of the fairing and trimming about an inch off the bottom all the way around.
