I disassembled the right flap and deburred, dimpled and scotchbrited. All the components from both flaps were alumipreped and alodined and let dry for a few hours. I had enough time left to set up and spary all the components with two part epoxy paint which will cure tonight so I can start assembly tomorrow. I was surprised by how much surface there was to paint...but it all turned out nice.
