Worked on the Aileron/Flap Gap Fairing today. It supports the aft section of the wing and fills the gap left under the wing when the flaps are deployed. I clecoed them in place and match drilled all the #40 wing skin holes and #30 spar holes. All parts were dimpled, deburred, scotchbrighted, alumipreped and alodined. I plan to prime with two part epoxy paint in the morning and install them in the afternoon.
