Brief Description:  Backrivet aileron skin and preassemble

Primed the aileron skins and skin stiffeners this morning. After it was dry, I backriveted them to the skin and joined the leading edge to the trailing edge. Lots of disscussion about twisted ailerons and flaps on the RV10 builders site so I am taking extra care to make sure all parts are alligned, square and true before I drive one rivet. I decided that clamping the aileraon outside ribs to the flat surface of my work bench and then laying a extruded aluminum concrete screed on it would do just fine. All parts were assembled into a finished product (second assembly). All was, once again, taken apart so that I can deburr, alumiprep, alodine and paint prior to final assemblyl.
