Brief Description: Fuel level sending unit, ailerons
Dimpled the Aileron inboard ribs and top and bottom skin. Alumipreped and alodined the parts. Paint will be done Monday. With the left fuel tank pro-seal curred, I installed the electrical/mechanical fuel level sending unit in the left wing tank. I adjusted the fuel vent line for proper float clearance and used a Fluke to check the resistance output to make sure all was working well. With the float installed and the float rod bend to the correct postion, I will remove Monday and reinstall after the back of the tank is sealed and curred. Right tank may be curred enough by Tuesday to install the left fuel level sending unit.
