Epoxy primed rear spar, inboard stiffener and spar doublers. Pressed bearings and assembled aileron support brackets. RV10 builders group have been discussing twisted flaps and un-alligned flap mounting brackets. Timely discussion. Before attaching rear spar I squared up the left wing and secured it to the work bench. Using a lazer, I made sure all flap brackets were in align before riveting the rear spar, aileron support, stiffener and all doublers. Right wing tomorrow.
Note. While the photos show the wing in a horizontal postion....the rear spar was attached while the wing was vertical (resting on the main spar) squared and true.
