Well, shaping started out ok but became difficult real quick. I falied to realize when I epoxied them in place that the tolerances between the framework and foam was going to be tight. After making a mess with the grooving, the epoxy was too much. While shaping I ran into high spts of epoxy. So, they will have to be ground out and back filled.
