Brief Description:  Aileron

First day of November. Epoxied the aileron ribs to the trailing edge this morning. Another day of waiting for the Hysol to cure. Eight more days like this to go. First I have to cut, fit and epoxy the reinforcements in each bay of the ribs. That will take about 2 days. Next will be cutting and epoxying in place the gussets at each cross point of the reinforcements on both the Aileron and Flap. Then it will be finish work on the joints of the trailing edge and the ribs, then fitting and shaping the foam leading edges before fiberglassing.

Once the fiberglassing is completed we will have to begin aligning and setting the hinge brackets and clamping the hinges onto the spar for alignment, hinge point marking and drilling. So, glad I made jigs for that. Such a pain to get just right. Anyway still lots to do but for now it is a waiting game.
